Total RP2 - The All Rounder
I ask that the guild download this mod, even if you don't learn to use it. Simply having the mod running gives you amazing possibilities in the RP-world. Having NPC's respond to you, engaging in player written quests and accessing secret stashes.
It has a few other nicities that I think you'll like as well; if you use *actions* in conversation it will turn them orange to look like emotes. There is a cloak/helm on/off button for addressing your RP clothing needs and a significantly more detailed character description page including ideas for alignment, a character icon (more on this later) and an easily accessible box for 'currently'; that is, a place where you can talk about temporary changes, a new wound, weapon or emotion. This mod also has a 'player created items tool', which is quite complex, and I don't expect you to learn it or understand it.
Character Icons
Kaliessa suggested that we use the enlisted rank icons in game as our icon as an indication of rank within the Sentinels. I think this is a great idea! So click on the icon and type pvp in the search box, scroll down to the purple one and pick the icon that corresponds with your rank;
Recruit: Your own choice, or the icon with one chevron P_01
Outrunner: the icon with two chevrons P_02
Scout, Spy, Archer: the icon with three chevrons P_03
Sister, Keeper: the icon with three chevrons P_03
Huntress: the icon with three chevrons and a bar P_05
Guardian: the icon with the sword P_06
Commander: the icon with the sword and shield P_09
MyRP - The Current Standard
If I was only intersted in RP within the guild I'd only worry about using TRP2, but if we want to be a part of the realm as a whole, then until TRP2 becomes the standard we need to embrace what is, and for the moment that's MyRP. Easy, light-weight and handy to have as it reads the descriptions from FlagRSP and RSP2 as well.
Gryphon Heart Items - The Easy Item Maker
Of the three, this is probably the least important. There are GHI users out there, and it is a brilliant mod. I suggest you download it, play with it and see if you love it as much as I do :)
