I started creating a Druid and Luna's post made me realize I could answer most of these questions, even though she's not totally done yet.

Positive Personality Traits: Level headed, Use to be naturally flirtatious and outgoing (don't know if that is "positive" per say)
Negative Personality Traits: suspicious, a little emo or depressed now that her life sucks, she can be harsh and strict. (not sure if that is "negative" per say)
Misc. Quirks: Tugs on Iszera'nal's ears when she's distracted or uneasy. Can turn cold and do "what duty requires" which makes some uneasy.

Special Abilities: She like all priestess is able to heal to some degree. Nariss isn't really "special" She's just extremely Skilled with her bow and blade. Her abilities come from her hard work and training.
Positive Personality Traits: She is kind and understanding. Unlike Lara she's fairly good at diplomacy and Nariss is quite charismatic. Nariss also has excellent control of her temper.
Negative Personality Traits: She's a bit vain, she constantly overestimates herself. She's also prone to be impatient.
Misc. Quirks: Nariss seems to have picked up a few of Lara'Faye's habits. Once such is tossing her hair in moments of arrogance.
